gBlocks® Gene Fragments may contain standard DNA bases (A,C,G,T). Numbers and spaces in the sequence will be ignored.
gBlocks® Gene Fragments Libraries may contain sequential mixed bases N and K. More info on gBlocks Libraries.

Adding 5' phosphates allows gBlocks® Gene Fragments to be cloned directly into blunt cut vectors. Please note that some blunt cloning kits require non-phosphorylated inserts for successful cloning.
